  This is a registered historic place. Its beautiful, but can be dangerous due to all the cut glass. I come here at least once a month, it's definitely underutilized. While it doesn't have hours per se, it does close at 10, and you could probably go as early as you wanted. Just down the dead end road is a cut glass decorated graveyard done by the Wegners. Also worth a look!
